Websites for businesses across Costa Rica
We work with clinics, small hotels, sodas, shops, workshops, and independent professionals across the country — from Liberia, Nicoya, Santa Cruz, Playas del Coco and Tamarindo in Guanacaste to San José, the Central Valley, and anywhere else in Costa Rica. If your business doesn't have a site yet — or has an old one that doesn't look right on a phone — we'll build it from scratch.
We know what matters locally: high season, customers who search on Google from their phone, competitors who already have reviews and a pin on Maps. Every site is built so a customer finds what they're looking for in seconds and knows how to reach you.
What your site includes
- Custom design, with your business's own identity (not a generic template).
- Looks and works well on phone, tablet, and computer.
- Your own domain (yourbusiness.com), hosting, HTTPS, and automatic backups.
- A WhatsApp button and a direct link to your location on Google Maps.
- A contact or booking form, if you need one.
- Basic SEO so Google understands what your business does and where.
We also build web applications and databases
If your business needs more than a page to look at — managing appointments, customers, inventory, or orders — we build a custom web application with a database, automatic backups, and access from any device. We've already done this for a dental clinic in Guanacaste, replacing paper- and spreadsheet-based patient management.
How we work
It all starts with a free meeting, in person in Guanacaste or over Teams, where we understand what you need and tell you how we'd solve it and what it costs. Then we sketch the site with you, present a design, send you a tester, and once you approve it, we move it to production. Full details are on how we work and what it costs.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost for a small business in Costa Rica?
An informational site starts at ₡200,000 colones. The exact amount depends on scope (sections, forms, booking, or a catalog) and is defined in the first meeting, which is free. There's also a low monthly fee for hosting, the domain, and backups.
How long does it take to be ready?
An informational site is usually ready in one to two weeks from the first meeting. An application with a database takes longer, and is estimated in that meeting.
Do I have to buy the domain and hosting myself?
No. We take care of the domain, hosting, HTTPS, and backups. All of that is covered by the monthly fee.
Will the site look good on my phone?
Yes. Every site is built to look and work well on mobile, since that's where most visitors come from.
Can I change the content myself later?
It depends on what you need. For sites that change often, we set up an editing panel; for more stable sites, minor changes are covered by the monthly fee.
Do you work with businesses outside Guanacaste?
Yes, we work with businesses anywhere in Costa Rica. Meetings are in person in Guanacaste or over Teams.
