How we work on a project

From the first meeting to the system running on your domain. We sketch everything out and you review it before a single line gets coded — so you end up with something that does exactly what your business needs.

The process, step by step

No surprises: at every stage you see what was done and approve it before we move on.

First meeting

in person or over Teams · no cost

We sit down to understand the real problem you want to solve: how you work today, what's costing you time, and what you want to achieve.

We come out of it with a plan for how we'll solve it, the scope, and a clear budget.

We sketch it together

second meeting

We build the system little by little, screen by screen, in simple sketches. You see how it will work and where it's going before a single line of code is written.

This is the moment to change anything, at no cost.

Design proposal

third meeting

With the sketches approved, we put together a finished design and present it to you as a proposal.

You note every improvement you want — colors, text, the order of things — and we apply them until it matches what you had in mind.

Tester

you try it out

We hand you the complete, working program so you can test it thoroughly with your real data, in your day-to-day work.

No rush: take whatever time you need to be sure it does what it has to do.

Production

live and in use

Once you give the go-ahead and everything works, we move the system to production: on your own domain, with HTTPS and automatic backups.

After delivery

support

We leave you a short usage guide and stay available for changes and questions. Minor adjustments are covered by the monthly fee; new features are quoted separately.

How payment works

No paying everything upfront, blind. It's split into two payments to build it, plus a low monthly fee to keep it online.

To build it — two payments

Deposit to start

An advance to reserve the work time and get started. This is when the scope is agreed on and the first stage begins.

Balance on delivery

The rest is paid once the tester has your approval and the project is live in production, working.

To keep it running — monthly fee

A low monthly fee covers hosting, the domain, automatic backups, and support for minor changes. It's the only ongoing payment.

An informational page starts at ₡200,000 Costa Rican colones. A web application with a database is quoted separately and costs more. The exact amount depends on scope and is defined, at no cost, in the first meeting.

Shall we talk?

The first meeting is free. Tell us what you need and we'll tell you how we'd solve it and what it costs.
